myInvoice is an invoice program for freelancers or small businesses. The groovy feature is the email notification process. You can set the program so that clients are automatically sent a thank-you email when an invoice is paid. And you can also send them notification emails when their invoice is online.Clients can view/print invoices when they need, and they can view their invoice historyAn administrator uploads the invoices into the database through a web admin system, and can edit invoices and client details.myInvoice works using session variables for security. These variables are started on log in and identify the client or administrator. So, for instance, if any client tries to view another invoice by changing the id part of the url, they are (politely) denied access. The administrator's procedure once the program is installed is: - enter their business details into config.php, and select whether they want automatic emails sent to clients thanking them for invoice payment - change the admin password from the default - enter client profiles, including email, client code, and client name - inform the client of their username and password, so that they can view their invoices - enter the invoices Administrators should test the system thoroughly before using it officially - You want to be comfortable with it before using it with clients!
